any one can give me clarifications regarding partner ship firm dissolution deed
when can i write Dissolution deed i.e after closing of all the Firm bank accounts and all are when it will be
please give me briefly.

Execute deed of dissolution . it will contain date of dissolution also. Close the bank account anytime even before dissolution deed.
