yes they can,be a parner in any number of firms
Yes he can.
there is no restriction in Partnership Act however there may be any specific provision in CA Act in alingment with section 224 of the Companies Act
Restriction is only on holding the specified number of audits of public ltd companies upto 30 or 20 as the case maybe
