I am a new qualified Chartered Accountant, want to join as partner in CA firm and also start a Sole proprietory
is there any restrictions for the above....?

No such restrictions are there.

There are no such type of restrictions.
You can join as partner in another firm even you are having your own sole propritory firm.
But, only the thing is you have to convinvce other partners in that firm.
