Does partly paid shares carry voting rights?
If so, to what extent?

It depends on Articles of the ocmpany whether it restricts voting by members whose shares are partly paid up shares( Sec 181 of Companies Act, 2013 )

Sec 180 does not cover voting rights..... please confirm
