Pan with name change
A pvt ltd company converted into a LLP.
in this case can the LLP keep the existing PAN & apply for correction of name from Pvt ltd to LLP..?

You have to apply for change/correction in name ......any change in the existing PAN will be decided by the IT Dept and intimated accordingly....
