WHO IS THE A.O IN CASE OF A PERSON BELONG TO, (BENGAL) AND HIS WORK CARRIED IN RAJASTHAN, THEN , THERE IS A NEED OF CHANGE OF A.O WARD , OR IT COULD FILE ITR WITHOUT CHANGE WARD

Can file ITR based on ITO linked to PAN. No need to change, unless permanently shifted.....

you can file. However, in case the return is selected for scrutiny, the notice will be issued from the AO linked with PAN. In such a scenario, you will have to later request for shifting of assessment to local tax office in Rajasthan
