PAN Status for Societies Registered under Societies Registration Act 2001

I have to apply PAN for a Society which is Registered under Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act 2001.

I have following queries : 

1) Which PAN Category I need to select ?  (e.g. AOP or Other )

2) What documents needed to apply ?
