Can we apply for PAN card if Aadhaar has only one name and initial? For example if client name is R. Manoj. In Aadhaar it is printed as 'Manoj R'

Better to apply for PAN in a name which matches to Aadhar Name.

if you want R Manoj in PAN then go for modification in name on AAdhar.
