Is there any way to know the details of a person through PAN like DOB, father's name etc???? please reply

No there is no way to check these details. From PAN you can only check to whom this PAN belongs to i.e. the name against which the PAN is alloted. Getting DOB and father name is possible only if he is a director. Then we can get these details from MCA website through his/her DIN.
