22 February 2011Sir./ Madam, my doubt is one of my frien got married & her intial & Residential Address has been changed. what is the procedure to change the initial in pan card as well as address, wat we should submit for the department & shall we submit the original pan card for change of address & initial.

FILE PAN CORRECTION FORM AND MENTIONED THE NAME AND ADDRESS CHANGE WITH PROOF, YOU WILL GET NEW PAN CARD (SAME NUMBER)
