- hi i just want to know when i can apply pan no for newly private limited company after just approval of name or after getting certification of incopraton or whn???? And what are documents required and who will sign on pan form and if stamp is required or not ??? pls tell thank in advance

you can apply pan of pvt ltd company only after getting certificate of incorporation. xerox copy of certificate of incorporation is enough for all documents. rubber stamp is necessary nd director will sign the form

You can apply for PAN only after the receipt of COI.
If you are applying for the PAN online, then you need to send a copy of COI,copy of acknoweldgement(generated at the time of applying PAN online) and an evidence of payment of fees of Rs. 94/-(in case it is paid through cheque, then you also need to send cheque)
