Dear friends,
While I was trying to file ITR-1 for the Assessment Year 2012-13, I found a new page 80G this year. It requires the details of the donee including his PAN no. I have paid subscriptttions to Employee Welfare Fund (Andhra Pradesh) and Flag Fund collected by the Director,Sainik Welfare, Andhrapradesh both of which are compulsory to all state govt. employees. When I contacted the latter office, they say they have only TAN and no Pan because this is a govt. office. I don't get the Pan of the former office also(Labour welfare department,AP). My particular problem is that without these details the page is not passing validation. Can any one tell me how to overcome this problem? or can you give me the PAN of the said offices if at all you have them?
