as you all know PAN No. is mandatory now
I want to know whose PAN no. i should take for the following Cases
1.Public Limited Company
2. Pvt ltd, company
3. Partnership Firm
4. HUF
5.Proprietory
My main doubt is - if propriator is running a business and he doesn't have PAN No. in his Business Name
what i should do ?

is PAN No. is alloted to Proprietor business also

agree with aditya sir....yes pan no . is alloted to all type of business firm
for Proprietor firm pan no of proprietor is applicable
