I need to apply PAN for a partnership firm
can anyone say who should sign the PAN form ?
can any partners sign the PAN form ?
Also i have only partnership deed for applying pan card. is this proof enough

Any one Partner can sign the Application form, Partnership deed is enough for proof

I AGREE WITH U FRIENDS, ANY PARTNER SHOULD SIGN THE FORM NO 49A UNDER THE STAMP OF PARTNERSHIP. THIS IS NOT MANDATORY TO USE STAMP, BUT WE DO THIS IN OUR OFFICE.
