HOWEVER, ATTACHING A PHOTOCOPY OF PASSPORT TOO WILL MAKE IT EVEN MORE EASIER.

OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT MANDATORY UNLESS YOU GIVE THE ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATION AS 'OFFICE'.
