A foreign citizen wanna to apply PAN & he is in india at the time of application & carry OCI card.

Can OCI card is treated as Address proof or identity proof both?

Is office address is neccessary? The person working nowhere right now?

Seeking your expert advice ....

YES.

PHOTOCOPY OF OVERSEAS CITIZEN OF INDIA (OCI) CARD IS ACCEPTED AS THE PROOF OF IDENTITY AND ADDRESS.

HOWEVER, ATTACHING A PHOTOCOPY OF PASSPORT TOO WILL MAKE IT EVEN MORE EASIER.

OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT MANDATORY UNLESS YOU GIVE THE ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATION AS 'OFFICE'.

Thanks Divya,

so in this case when applicant wish to deliver his PAN on Indian address. so i think the normal fee is applicable.

Please confirm...

which address should be given in PAN form as an Address? 1. address which is mentioned at OCI Card or foreign address? 2. Which fee is applicable?

Hope this would clarify all your doubts, Sir!
