I m trying to apply PAN for company
But I m getting error which says Upload Standard Document.
But I have attached all the required documents.
Help me how can I resolve this issue

We are also facing such problem with NSDL site for new PAN application, since last 3 days,
eg. even though no mismatch between aadhar details & filled form,but it shows so.
