there's no such  direct way available. but there is one place wherein you can find the full name of the asseessee as per pan card. To know that follow the below steps:-

1) go to www.tin-nsdl.com

2) click on "pay taxes online" option.

3) click on advance tax./self assessment taxd and fill all the details like pan number, name, address, bank name details through which payment is to be made.

4) click on next.

5) in the next page on the ;last line it will say like this" the name as per the pan number is abc"

here you can see the full name.

However, do not click on proceed. just close the page. If you don't click on procees no payment is made.

Partially yes. You can get the name of the PAN holder by login in to https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/PopServlet?rKey=-362200365. This is the link one uses to make E payemnt of taxes and while filling of the form, it mention the correct name of the PAN holder in accordance with the database. The access to whole of the data of any PAN is riskier. Hence the Dept. is not   providing such facility.

go to the income tax payment portal..... fill in the PAN and give some fake details and click on pay....

before processing the payment it will show the full name given during PAN registration there.....
