we are registered as a Trust with PAN AAATO0918K But in actual it is a Co-society. When we applied for PAN in Form 49A there was no option to choose as a society hence it is wrongly registered as a Trust. Now due to status of trust we are unable to claim Deduction u/sec. 80P of The Income Tax act. Now please tell us a better solution of our problem .
