My Mother is 80 years old having one flat & interest income she can apply for Pancard ?

If her income exceeds 5 lakhs only then she needs to apply as otherwise there is no need for her to file IT return. (If that is the reason for applying for Pan Card)

Yes she can if there is TDS deducted from interest income. Also if income below taxable limit(500000) then no need to apply
