Pan card for partnership firm

Hello, i have a draft partnership deed . pls tell what procedure are to be followed to obtained the PAN card of the firm. Like notary or registration of Deed.?

Just fill up the application for online https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.H T M L take the printout of the acknowledgment and two photocopies of ur Partnership deed( no requirement of Regitration) and managing partners address proof and id proof would be sufficient.

Deed is mainly for Address proof of the firm for which u r applying for PAN.

yes.. notary is also not required.. Self attestation of the documents would be sufficient.. The acknoledgement will be sent to the pune.. The address will be shown in the above given link

Its a very Simple Process to obtain the pan card for partnership firm. You have to just noterized your deed on the stamp paper, after that you can apply through online or nearby NSDL Center. suggest you go with the NSDL Center because that is quick process to get pyysical pan card copy at your address.

So simply fillup the form of the partnership pan card form and affix the partnership firm stamp on that then just proceed sign on the form & submit with the NSDL Center.
