But what proof should we submit along with application?

Also what reson should we give for wrongly mentioning name in the first application?

Will it not change the PAN No. of Partnership Firm?

• proof u have to submit with application with correct Name
• Trade licence /. Banks Letter / Income Tax Return acknowledgement
•  
• for previous fault its just  a claricial mistake done by employee. 

Fill Form 49A  & attach the required proof with partners photo & Rs. 94 as fees
