I got PAN CARD when I was working in a company in Bangalore (2006). I got the PAN Card send to the company address. Now I have no connection with the company. Kindlly let me know the proceedure to get the address changed to my Home address in Kerala.

we can submit it at any NSDL center. No compultion to submit it only in Kerla or Bangalore

You Have to submit fully filled Pan Correction form-49A along with photocopies of your Pan card, Address proof which you want to change and Photo ID to any of the TIN facilitation centres. They charge you a fee of about Rs.94/-. After that your address has been changed in ITD database you will get another PAN on the address provided by you.

Dear Friend
Also attach copy of your current pan card.
and 1 add & 1 id proof i.e Driving license, Voter ID Card, Passport
Fill the form with blue/black Pen but sign must be from Black Pen.

Please download the attached file and read the instructions and file the form for correction in PAN card.
The fees may be variable for the new corrected pan application from the one stated in the attached file.
