how can i retrieve address from pan card number nd DOB(date of birth)??

Register your self online in www.incometaxindia.gov.in
log into the website,
go to my account-->
in it go to change phone/email--->
their you can find your address
earlier they used to allow to change the address online, now it seems the facility is not available.
