No. If you want find the name of the company go through MCA.GOV.IN

Yes You can...
Go to e-payment of tax on Income tax site.. https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
Take Challan ITNS 280.. Fill up the PAN number(that u know), and other mandatory fields and put xxx in place of name... click proceed.. Below it'l appear that the PAN has been issued to WHICH COMPANY...
If required, sent PAN NUMBER to me to krishnaplr @ gmail.com and I'll get back to u with details..

Yes. if pan applied through NSDL then call on their customercare no and they will give u detaiks of that PAN no. U can search the phone no. on google
