Pan blocked

Hi Professional collegues,

My PAN has got blocked, could you please explain the procedure to unblock the PAN.

Expected reason for Pan blocked:-

1/ Did you hold 2 PAN with separate no?

2/ Did you deposited huge amount of cash under the period of Demonitization?

3/ Do you have taxable income but you are not filing your IT Return continuously?

You have to meet your assessing officer and submit the below documents:-

1) Letter for activation of PAN

2) Indemnity Bond

3) Copy of PAN

4) Last 3yrs IT return.
