IS IT NECESSARY TO TAKE PAN NO. UNDER INCOME TAX FOR EACH BRANCH OF THE COMPANY, APART FROM HEAD OFFICE.
WILL IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF THE BRANCHES ARE LOCATED IN DIFFERENT STATES OF INDIA.

single pan number is required, use that pan number everywhere, mention head-office details everywhere
