what about the income tax filing of a deceased person (by legal heir representative) who had not linked PAN and Aadhaar?

You have to file the ITR with the deceased PAN and you may use legar heir details for verifier.

Adhaar of dead man is disabled on his death.
one has to go through representative assessee option by creating separate ID
