We have extra paid 17000 in Gst @ take ITC 17000 extra so what to do in GSTR 9,IS IT OK OR EXTRA

Extra paid means the balance 17000/- is lying in your Electronic Cash Ledger

We received our good returns from a buyer, but wrongly enter as purchase of goods and not show in goods return, there for we not issue any credit note to that buyer, now in gstr 9 what to do, we so in output liability with respective amounts and same claim as input In gstr 3b but it could not show in GSTR2A WHAT to do
