10 January 2024In our Proprietorship company Annual accumulated Earned Leave (Remain balance) for the year en-cashed in Dec.
My question is "Is this Earned Leave amount will be clubbed with payable salary before consider of Profession Tax as per slab of West Bengal Commercial Tax?"

Sir can you please explain your views. I don't understand. Is paid leave amount should be consider when deducting Professional Tax in West Bengal?
