P.f applicability
One of My Client working with Private firm He got 6500/- Salary P.M His question is He take only ESI Faclity Not Dedcuted P.F is it Possible ?
Both are Compulsory ? and what is the Applicability Rules ?

PF applicability crietirion is Basic + DA, as long as Basic + DA is less than 6501 PF is applicable.
For ESI applicability crietirion is Gross Salary as long as Gross is less than 15001 ESI is applicable.
