Overdraft facility

Can anyone help me out on this. i want to know the procedure and documentation for taking overdraft facility with bank. and what is better overdraft or cash credit.

Both have pron and cons... depends on requirement of company...

cash credit - securities includes, stock, debtors etc

OD - including anything to recovery

both used for working capital requirements.
