Example scenario
I've claimed ITC for some 10k in FY 17-18 which includes excess of 3k. But im yet to take ITC for another 7k of which 2k ineligible
Still ive to take 2k ITC
How should be shown in 3B.
Should i put 2k in ITC and 2k in reverse???

Ineligible ITC need not be shown in the return. If you have already taken any ineligibe ITC then just reverse in Sept 2018 return.

So If i have to take ITC of 11k and have to reverse around 8k, should i show as ITC claim 3k and reverse as 8k or claim as 11k and reverse 8k

Show actual ITC to be taken for the month in All other ITC row.
Show reveral of ITC seperately ( which was eralier taken as ITC but is ineligible ) in ITC reversal row.
In my opinion do not setoff as more disclosure is never less.
