Outstanding tax demand

Hi,

The IT dept. has generated an Outstanding Tax Demand on my account for the assesment year  2008-2009. I went to look out any letter that i would have got from IT dept. but didnt; find any. 

So I tried Request for Intimation u/s 143(1) but there i found that i can't generate for the year 2008-2009, its only getting started from 2009-2010.

Please can anyone guide how to get the initmation generated.
