Outstanding demand

I have received an arrear in ay 20-21 for which I filed Form 10E for sec 89(1) relief.and after filed my return i have a refund
But now in intimation cpc did not consider 89(1) relief and claim a outstanding demand.
What to do with it?
pls suggest.

File an appeal .
In which section you hv been slapped a demand notice?
