Outstanding demand

Mene 2018-19 first time income tax return file kiya tha.
Ab outstanding demand aa rha he vo bi 2010-11 ma RS.3361.
So how it is possible
2018-19 ka intimation me bi koi demand nai he.
Please suggest me.

It's possible..

You may ask for intimation.Else submit the grievance..

They consider the income as per 26AS and tax payable..

And they arrive the tax demand after deduction of Tds.

We have come across same issues..

But they would have sent notices earlier...

The assesse cannot ask for intimation..
he can only response to the notice or outstanding demand...

In AY it is possible that u had file manual return. Since now all return are transfer to IT system, in many demand is arising. You should apply for computation and intimation u/s 143 through Grivance portal. From this you will find actual reason for demand. If u need further help u can mailed me on vikaskhiyani71 @ gmail.com.
