12 May 2011Under what category I should show Out of pocket expenses in the accounts. Will they attract TDS including Audit fees How can we prove indepently these type of transactions if they dont attract TDS. My client gives fees including out of pocket expenses. pls explain should I need to take saperate cheques for my audit fees and out of pocket expenses which I incur

Out of pocket expenses shall form part of auditors remuneration while disclosing it in the Profit and Loss account. However, it will not attract TDS.
