Our president is forgetting something !!!!

In the last to last president message he saud that he will make some relaxation in articleship transfer rule.

But so much time has been passed.

No amendment till now.

Ab ICAI is like political leader " Promises dete joa, puri kise karni hai??? "

Ab to doubt hota hai ki koi relaxation aayega ki nahi ya aise hi saari articleship puri ho jaayengi !!!!!!
