in oreintation programme they basically improve ur communicatinal skills
they teach u how to behave , talk at workplace
they will incr ur confidence
group discussion is somthing tht they teach us there
they ll motivate u
etc

arre it is just a waste of time
there the teachers will show u some presentations regarding leadership motivation
they teach us how to become good managers
they will basically teach us how to enhance ur communicational skills
dont take tension for something like this just go and attend it
it is basically for 5 days
it is nothing 4 which u have to be serious about

It is very useful and gives you a good picture about what future CA's should have other than bookish knowledge and practical articleship.
Once you join u'll understand clearly.
You have 5 days of tenure and just enjoy with the faculty and learn. Also 3 group projects mainly presentations are to be submitted which holds importance if you want the Orientation Certificate.
There are no exams just presentations which are taken as base to pass your Orientation Programme. Just enjoy !!

I don't like to wear a tie crumbling my neck.....
isn't there any rule like a converted student from PCC is not required to undergo this programme....
