I want to know whether we can register for the mentioned batches on the following site https://www.nircstudent.org/orientation/ even though the seats are full because the option to register is still there..

you should enquire it from nirc, only they can tell u the exact status of seat availibility.
avoid doing that. your application might get cancelled if no seats r available.
