Case 1 :
IF someone wants to convert his GST Registration into Composition scheme from regular scheme, When he can opt the same?
Case 2:
Is it possible to opt it from current point of time or it will be available only at the time before ending the march (when window will be open on the portal for those who wants to opt composition scheme for the next coming Financial year)?

I think it is available only at the end of the FY and not allowed during tax periods.
As per Rule 3(3) of CGST Act can opt prior the commencement of FY
