Option for composition if all three rates apply

I have 3 businesses under my name, same PAN a restaurent, trading and manufacturing which are already registered under previous act, my total aggregate turnover of 3 businesses doesn't not exceed RS 75 lakhs. can i opt for coposition under GST, if yes under which rate, i have 5% for restaurents, 1% for trading and 2% for manufacturing or i have to pay for all the three same rate
