For this we have to consider PAN base all india turnover or location base.
If any comany have all india turnover is more than 1.5 cr , but some branches have lesser turnover , can we opt for composition scheme as above. Pls advise

No, you have to check on all India PAN base turnover for eligibility of composition schemes.
If All india PAN based turnover exceed the threshold of 1.5 crore, than you are eligible to opt for composition scheme at any branch in india.
If All india PAN based turnover exceed the threshold of 1.5 crore, than you are eligible to opt for composition scheme at any branch in india.
No composition scheme is pan based
