opting for composition scheme
Initially we opted for composition scheme for our client but due to some technical problem he is not converted as composition dealer with in the due date and now we also filed the GSTR 3b and GSTR 1 as a regular dealer.Now as per the latest 21st gst council meeting decisions can we convert him into composition now?

Yes you can opt for composition scheme now
but when i open Application for opting composition in GST portal. it says last date for filing composition was 16th august
It is technical problem solve in some time
Composition scheme opened again for dealers today. You can now opt for it.
