Both optimists and pessimists contribute to the society. The optimist invents the aeroplane, the pessimist, the parachute.
An optimist sees a light where there is none, but why must the pessimist always run to blow it out?
If it wasn’t for the optimist, the pessimist would never know how happy he wasn’t.
