Bcoz, no other way for previous month's transaction shown in GSTN...
So, you can file GSTR 4 for the above said Quarter...

I don't know exactly...
But, In my View it's not available in GST portal...

When I am submitting the form with effective date from 1/10/2017 it is showing "withdrawal can not be before opt for composition levy date"
