fy 21-22 k liye composition levy scheme me transfer krna hai krna hai....
toh kab tak apply kr skte hai????

You can apply for composition levy at the start of the new financial year as on 1/4/2022 , I think window Will open some where in March . Just confirm .

Let this financial year end. But you cannot take input tax credit.
