they are working on portal. you will see this very soon
Keep on trying regularly and if has not started yet it will start soon. It is a technology issue so govt is helpless. If same continues up to 30 the September gov will have no option but to extend the date further.
Composition scheme opened again for dealers today. You can now opt for it.
