25 December 2011Anybody any idea about the disclosure requirements of operating lease. I mean apart from the disclosure of lease rentals in PL, I heard that lessee is also required to disclose lease rentals for further years. So i want to know what and how such details shall be disclosed in Notes to accounts?

There must be some disclosure required atleast in operating lease???

yes, there is required as per Act in below mentioned category
1 Lease rentals for not more than one yr
2 one to five year
3 five year & above
