Does any one tell me Procedure to start Branch office in India of Forign company engage in software Business ?
Can any one tell me how much time is required for approval of FCR - 1 (RBI Compliance) & what are the documents required to file with RBI ? Does any other proceedure, Foreign company have to compliaed with before commencing his branch office in India
