I had taken 6 attempts to clear my CA final exam . So I find it difficult to get shortlisted by any company in the campus placement progrmme which is going to be teken place within a couple of weeks. But I have heard thet there will be 'Open Interview' of big companies on the last date.
Will there be open interview at the Bangalore Centre ?
Can someone explain some thing about the 'Open Interview' ? Please........

Walk in Interveiw and Open Interveiw are same where if the candidate has a desired qualification/profile as per employer's requirement , he can go for interveiw. There is no shortlisting by the employer before interview.

I have heard that there is a huge requirement for the CAs this time and a lot of companies are turning up ... Wish you all the best .............

From Day 3 in Campus Placement Programme at bigger centre (Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai) and Day 2 onwards at smaller respective centres a candidate may be allowed to appear for interview, if not selected earlier, in case, there is an open interview by any company. At time companies are not able to fullfill there requirement from shortlisted candidates or they have more requirement than intial selected candidates or some companies come late in campus and are not able to shortlist any candidate before start of campus
in case of these companies any one can appear 4 interview
it is genrally from 3rd day in big centres
but chances of such situation appearing & getting selected are very minimal

Hi..
Please can anyone tel me whether i can attend open interview now as i have not registered for this campus. I cleared my CA final in May 2010, but my articleship is getting over in May2011.
Also can anyone pls tel where is the interview happening in Mumbai (location with proper address)
